I like lapping up pup cups, hogging Mom & Dad's bed, playing outside, going on Jeep rides, and giving high-fives. I always get super excited to put on my bow tie, because that means we're getting ready to go on an adventure! My parents say I'm like a little celebrity - everywhere we go, people want to meet and take my picture!
Freya
I live for snuggles with my mama. I'm her biggest and best helper - I never, ever leave her side. She calls me her "Little Love Bug" and says I'm her sunshine on a cloudy day. I love to lounge around the house with the cat, saw logs on the couch, and go on adventures with Mom and Dad to see and smell alllll the things.
What kind of dog are you? Are you a mastiff?
Shadow: Yes, I'm a Cane Corso (KAH-nay CORE-so), or Italian Mastiff.
Freya: Together, we're called "Cani Corsi" (KAH-nee CORE-see).
How old are you?
Shadow: I just turned 3 in November!
Freya: And I'll be 4 in April!
Man, you're a big boy! How much do you weigh?
Shadow: I'm 140 pounds of pure muscle!
Freya: And I'm a little 90-pound love bug!
Are you friendly?
Shadow: Are you kidding?! I love meeting new people, but please let me sit before we say our hellos.
Freya: I absolutely adore tiny humans, but I'm kinda shy around new grownups. I just need a little time and distance to figure you out, first.
Where did your parents get you?
Shadow: Our parents adopted us from De Novo Cane Corso in Assumption, Illinois. They brought me home when I was 8 weeks old.
Freya: I was raised by Mrs. Bianca at De Novo Cane Corso; I whelped one litter of pups before my forever family adopted me.
